Mindfulness
Such are the time constraints in your day that seldom do you allow your mind to follow its own path. For you have thoughts of your own of which you are mindful, that you must process to achieve the day’s outcomes. However, your mind is your creative self so it should be allowed to flow. As with a child, creativity is stifled if the child is set with constant routine.
You have observed the change of demeanour in a child if it is allowed to float down from busyness to settle cloud-like into a euphoria of creativity, immersed in itself, flowing, peaceful. So when your mind is full to bursting and aches are ensuing, allow yourself to float down from the busyness, child-like, unaware of outside pressures. Allow yourself to settle cloud-like for a moment of mindfulness floating thoughts. From this time you will sigh, breathe deeply, becoming in tune with your body. From this occurrence you will lift seconds, moments later, recreated.
All parts of you will freshened, as with a child, the tensions and rebellions will be released, facial features relaxing, lungs breathing.
Those around you will respond. When a child exudes peace, it will more readily be gathered up, showered with love, happiness, giving and receiving positive responses all round. Be mindful. Athena
